Returns

We want you to be overwhelmed with excitement and happy with your propolis skin care purchase. If you’d like to return or exchange an order, please call Customer Care at 913-422-8083 or email Shop@PropolisSkinCare.com  to obtain a return authorization, and receive further instructions. 

If a product has been opened or used, it cannot be returned. Please note that return shipping costs are not part of the refund. After we receive your returned items and verify that they are unopened and unused, we will process a refund to the original payment method, excluding the shipping fees.
