Shipping Info

Purchases will be shipped by our Kansas City Office.

The shipping and handling cost for your order is based on the total weight of the order.
Orders are only shipped on business days: Monday-Friday, excluding state holidays.
If you place your order before 12:00pm on a business day, we aim to have it shipped the same day.
For faster delivery, upgrade your shipping method, but note: not all delivery methods are available to all areas.

Free Shipping Terms and Conditions

Order must be over $40 to qualify for free ground shipping.
No coupon code required. Shipping amount will be automatically deducted at checkout.
Only includes Ground Shipping. All expedited shipping services will be available at their normal cost.
Excludes military addresses as well as Alaska, Guam, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
Offer ends April 15th, 2020.
We reserve the right to change or cancel a promotion at any time without notice.
Due to a higher volume of online orders, you may experience delayed delivery times.

Out of Stock Items

We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause. If your item is out of stock we will contact you to discuss how you would like the order handled. Propolis Skin Care will back order.

Order Cancellation and Changes

Order Tracking

When your order is shipped from us, we will send you an email to confirm your shipment - this email will include a tracking number and link to enable you to track your package.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?

You will need to create a new order if you would like to ship to more than one address.

What shipping method do you use?

Do I have to sign for delivery?

You will not have to sign for delivery.

What do I do if I have special delivery instructions?

Unfortunately USPS does not accept special delivery instructions for orders placed through Propolis Skin Care at this time.
